Haven't been blogging lately, been a bit lazy recently. But anyway, just an update: it's our exams. 2 days down, 1 day to go, so far so good, nothing too bad yet. Math and theology remaining; gotta study.
Will be blogging again when exams are done.

Kings rookie, Jason Thompson pranked by teammates!
Huge prank. I'd probably get pissed to hell if this happened to me. According to the video, Jason Thompson was pranked because he didn't bring bagels to practice, and he was assigned to. This is what happens when his teammates go hungry.

It's Hectic
I've got a busy week ahead of me. No rest 'til Friday, though excited for my "gig" on Saturday. Well, it's busy because I'm preoccupied with 'mixing services' done for some people. Hopefully it'll be the last this week, because it takes away my free time, which I use to relax and prepare my set for Saturday. Just finished the mix for Green, though it's still not final. I'll probably have more sessions to attend to and much more finishing touches to do.
Anyway, before I sleep, I'm still looking for new tracks to play on Saturday. Still not done preparing my set.

Belated Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Pretty late, eh? Well, I hope you guys had a great one! Hopefully you guys got great presents from your family and friends, and much love from them! I did get Rock Band on the Wii for Christmas, though for every good thing you get, for some reason, it always has its consequences. And what consequence is that?
First of all, I had my Behringer BCD2000 packed in a bag when I wasn't really using it over the holidays -- poorly packed. I brought it out a few days ago to play around with again, 'til I noticed something missing. See for yourself:
See anything missing? If not, then good... But it's pretty obvious, haha! Yes, it's the crossfader. See the little metal stick on the bottom of the mixer? It's shell snapped out.
Yep, that's the shell in that picture above. The shell is actually really removable, but in this case, the part where you insert the shell into the small piece of bare metal seen in the earlier picture, it broke open, so I can't put it back. It's pretty hard to see it in the red-stroked picture above since the pictures I took weren't really clear (Sorry about that! I'm not much of a photographer.), but yeah, it doesn't fit the crossfader bar at all. It's actually repairable, just need some super glue, time, and concentration, because that shell is pretty small and would probably take good hands to super glue it back together properly!
Well, that's not the only thing that broke recently. The Pioneer headphones I use for this mixer broke, too -- BADLY. Here's a snapshot of it:
Yep, it snapped. These Pioneers are quite fragile, really. I need new ones.
Maybe Santa has a late Christmas gift for me? New headphones and probably a new set in the near future? Hmm...

ACET Results for SY 2009-2010
Yes, I know, we're all eager to see it. So many different dates have been thrown around; at first people said it was coming out Jan 3, then Jan 4, then 5. Now people are saying Jan 10, 12, and 18! We're all unsure of it, which is just making things more exciting (Is exciting the right word?). Anyway, I Google'd a bit and ended up in Dine Recoma's blog post about the ACET results. And I quote:
